Messin around with this one, still rough. You gotta use your imagination with these haha

Been too busy to make music recently with painting last week and I just got back from doing inventory at the beach but written a bunch of stuff so I'll see if I can get some of it recorded decently. This one will be for last week. Just a genre exercise with lots of mess ups:

So this one actually has a sweet drumbeat that I made with a sequencer, but when I export it the beat disappears. Not sure why yet. So I guess try to imagine there is a sweet dance beat going on throughout. Not my favorite song - the melody needs a little work - but pretty fun to make:

This was just a test so I could experiment with making my own synths. Sounds kind of Aphex Twin:

I followed the thread of 50s country-western style folk this week and made 2 songs with that theme and instrument palette. This one will definitely benefit a lot from a crisper recording/mixing I think, but check it out:

This one is more dissonant/eerie/middle eastern sounding and has almost no lyrics but I'll post it up anyway since pallete-wise it goes with the first song. You might not like this one but oh well haha. Also I wouldn't make the volume super loud if I were you because it gets slightly louder at around 55 seconds. Also big thanks to Eddie on the backing flutes:

This week I didn't really get a full song, but I made a bunch of jams. This one is just a brief segment of old-time blues/rag:

These 2 are both just messy instrumentals that really need to be "mined" and given organization. But there are moments in both that I really like.
For the next Street fighter movie or something I think:

Trying to make a silly tropical song, trying to make something that sounded like one of my favorite fruits. This one is super messy, but so is.....
